Combined full face fat transfer and upper eyelid blepharoplasty
This Seattle fat transfer patient came to Dr. Lamperti noting how her face looked less fresh and youthful after loosing weight recently. You can see how she has extensive flattening of her cheek which gives the appearance of prominent lower eyelid bags. Dr. Lamperti performed a full face fat transfer taking fat from her abdomen and grafting it to her prejowl, buccal, cheek, lower eyelid and lateral brow areas. This patient also had a very conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove a small amount of excess eyelid skin. You can appreciate in the after photos the much improved youthful roundedness to the patient's cheek area.
Fat grafting combined with facelift, browlift and blepharoplasty
This Seattle fat transfer patient had significant facial volume loss related to massive weight loss. Fat grafting alone to regain the fullness wouldn't have succeeding without also addressing her severely sagging skin. Fat grafting was done to the peri-orbital cheek and buccal regions to recreate the contours associated with a more youthful appearance. You can see how her after photos show a much softer appearance that nicely frames her eyes. In addition to fat grafting, a facelift and necklift, browlift and four eyelid blepharoplasty was also performed to provide overall facial rejuvenation.

This Bellevue fat transfer patient had a small amount of fat harvested and transferred to her lower eyelid and tear trough areas. She also wanted to improve her nasolabial fold prominence. She didn't have enough fat available to adequately treat this area so radiesse was concurrently placed in both nasolabial folds to nicely efface these creases. More filer was placed in her left nasolabial fold given its increased prominence. A concurrent rhinoplasty was also performed. She still has expected, residal nasal swelling in the after photos.

This Bellevue facial fat grafting patient had a prior upper eyelid blepharoplasty done for functional reasons. She was interested in addressing the bags on her lower eyelids. Dr. Lamerti performed a combined transconjunctival lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove some excess lower eyelid fat. He then performed fat grafting to the lower eyelid and cheek region to better balance the transition from the midface to lower eyelid. In the approximately 1 year postoperative photo you can see how a much smooth lower eyelid and cheek area is seen.
Fat grafting to the lower eyelid and cheeks to treat under developed cheek bones
This Seattle facial fat transfer patient had a severely under-developed uper jaw bone (maxilla) that led to signficant eye protrusions (also known as proptosis). Facial Fat Grafting Combined With Chin Implantation and Revision Rhinoplasty
This male Bothell facial fat grafting patient came to Dr. Lamperti looking to improve the appearance of his lower eyelid and cheek areas. He had noticed a gradual hollow and sunken appearance in the area. Dr. Lamperti performed facial fat transfer using fat harvested from the patient's abomen using a small incision in the belly button area. The fat was then placed in the patient's lower eyelid, cheek, and mid face regions to create a natural, youthful appearance. Dr Lamperti also performed a revision rhinoplasty and chin implantation at the same time to further balance the patient's overall proportions.
This Bellevue facial fat grafting patient was having trouble seeing due to excess upper eyelid skin. In addition to treating this problem he also wanted to improve his significant lower eyelid bags. Dr. Lamperti also noted that the patient also had signs of lower eyelid and cheek fat loss. This fat atrophy acentuated the lower eyelid bags by creating a deep shadow in the lower eyelid and cheek transition zone. Dr. Lamperti performed a combined upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty and fat grafting. Dr. Lamperti harvested fat from the patient's abdomen and then, after isolating the fat cells, injected the fat into his cheek area to soften the transition from the lower eyelid to cheek. You can see how following surgery there is improved hollowing the cheeks and a improved transition from the lower eyelid onto the midface and cheek region. The after photos show results approximately 6 months following surgery.

This Seattle area fat grafting patient suffered a severe facial injury while serving in the military during the Vietnam War. He required extensive surgery after his initial injury but was left with signficant fat atrophy of his left cheek soft tissues which made it more difficuly for him to fully close his left eye.
