Check out some before and after photos that show Dr. Lamperti's results from functional upper eyelid surgery in one of his male patients.

I just uploaded a new set of before and after photos to my blepharoplasty patient photo gallery. They show the results from functional upper eyelid blepharoplasty surgery that we did in my office procedure room using just local numbing medication. The surgery was done for functional reasons to correct the visual field blockage he was having in his upper visual fields.

Blepharoplasty surgery involved trimming the redundant upper eyelid skin, hiding the incision in the patient's existing upper eyelid crease. The goal was to prevent the excess upper eyelid skin from extending so far past the patient's eyelash line.
