You can check out some recent before and 13 month after photos of a patient of mine who had a combination of face lift and neck surgery to treat her heavy, sagging neck skin along with lower eyelid blepharoplasty to remove excess lower eyelid fat bags and facial fat grafting to add back missing fat from the tear trough area.

You can see how a combination of neck recontouring along with lower lid and cheek smoothing with judicious lid fat fat removal and tear trough and cheek fat replacement is able to create a much more youthful and rested appearance while still maintaining a natural, unoperated appearance.

You can also see how the scars are very well hidden on the inside of the eyelids and in front of and behind the patient's ears.
