I just uploaded a new rhinoplasty video from the operating room that shows a revision rhinoplasty case that I did in which I used rib cartilage to fashion a caudal septal extension graft that was then used to de-rotate an overly upturned nose that had resulted from several prior rhinoplasty procedures.
