I just uploaded a new SurgeonCam video to my Rhinoplasty In Seattle site. It shows a portion of an open rhinoplasty procedure in which I treated the patient's bulbous nasal tip.

In part 1 of the case study I showed how to perform a cephalic trim of the lower lateral cartilages to improve the nasal tip appearance.

In part 2 of the series I go on to show the next step in this patient's customized surgical treatment in which I placed dome binding sutures to refine the tip further.
