Silicone Chin Implantation To Create More Masculine Chin Projection

This patient travelled from out of the country to see Dr. Lamperti about having chin augmentation. He was looking to create additional forward projection. Dr. Lamperti placed a solid silicone implant using a small uncision under the chin. In the 2.5 month after photos you can see how the chin now has a more forward projection on side view and on frontal view there is now more chin fullness. You can also see how the neck line below the chin is a bit tighter following surgery thanks to the additional pull and support from the chin implant. During the same surgery the patient separately had an otoplasty to reduce his ear lobe size.
