Transblepharoplasty Incision Browlift

This patient underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck) to remove excess eyelid skin and an eyelid muscle tightening (ptosis repair) to lift his droopy upper eyelid. During the same surgical procedure Dr. Lamperti also conservatively elevated the patient's droopy eyebrows by placing a suspension suture from the outer eyebrow up to the forehead. In the 5 month after photo you can see how the patient's eyebrows have a modestly (and still masculine appearing) increased arch.
