Blepharoplasty Patient 16

This Bellevue blepharoplasty patient was having trouble seeing due to excess upper eyelid skin. In addition to treating this problem he also wanted to improve his significant lower eyelid bags. Dr. Lamperti also noted that the patient also had signs of lower eyelid and cheek fat loss. This fat atrophy acentuated the lower eyelid bags by creating a deep shadow in the lower eyelid and cheek transition zone. To improve both the patient's visual field blockage and eyelid and cheek appearance Dr. Lamperti performed a combined quad-blepharoplasty and fat grafting. The upper lid blepharoplasty involved a skin-only excision technique that maintained a natural, masculine appearance. The patient's excess lower eyelid fat was removed using a hidden transconjunctival incision placed on the inside of the lower eyelid. A conservative skin pinch removed a small amount of lower eyelid skin using an incision just under the lower eyelash line. Lastly the patient had fat transfered from his abdomen to his cheek area to soften the transition from the lower eyelid to cheek. The after photos show results approximately 6 months following surgery.

I wouldn't have wasted time considering other surgeons if I'd read about experiences like mine in review sites.
