This patient consulted with Dr. Lamperti to see if it was possible to trim her excess upper eyelid skin that was getting progressively more droopy over the years and causing vision blockage. Dr. Lamperti recommended a skin excision only upper eyelid blepharoplasty to remove the excess skin and improve her vision. In the 4 month after photos you can see how the patient now has much improved upper eyelid show while still maintaining a natural yet refreshed appearance. You'll also notice that the patient's upper eyelid scars are very well hidden in natural skin creases.
