Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty Combined with Face Lift and Fat Grafting

This patient wanted to reduce her lower eyelid bags while also reducing her sagging neck skin. Dr. Lamperti performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty using hidden incisions on the inside of the eyelid (transconjunctival) which allowed him to remove the excess lower lid fat. During the same surgery he also performed face lift and fat grafting surgery. In the 13 month after photos you can see how the patient now has a much smoother lower lid contour and improved tear trough thanks to the combined surgery.
